These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and purchases made through Dukanrant.com. By accessing our website, adding products to your bag, or placing an order via our checkout or official WhatsApp desk, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Product Accuracy & Sizing

We take extreme care to display the true color, fabric composition, and sizing measurements of all shirts, oversized tees, jeans, and perfumes. However, slight variations in color may occur depending on your device screen settings. Please consult our size charts (S, M, L, XL, XXL) before ordering.

2. Pricing, Discounts & Combos

All prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST taxes. Combo promotional offers (such as "Buy Any 3 for ₹1,999" or coupon code DUKAN100) are subject to stock availability and valid for a limited period.

3. Cash On Delivery (COD) Rules

To safeguard our logistical operations and avoid fake deliveries, all COD orders may receive a quick address verification call or WhatsApp message prior to parcel dispatch. Repeated non-acceptance of confirmed COD orders at the doorstep may result in the restriction of COD privileges for that phone number/address.

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of cost before it has been dispatched from our central warehouse in Madhya Pradesh. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier partner with a tracking AWB number, it cannot be cancelled mid-transit and must be processed under our standard Return & Exchange policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Dukanrant name, trademark logo, graphics, design layout, and photography are the intellectual property of Dukanrant. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
