At Dukanrant, we want you to love what you wear. If the size doesn't fit you right, or if you receive a damaged or incorrect piece, our 7 Days Doorstep Return & Exchange Policy has you completely covered.

How Doorstep Exchange Works (3 Simple Steps)

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• The return/exchange request must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of parcel delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Perfumes and fragrance bottles must be unopened and sealed in their original cellophane packaging due to hygiene reasons.

2. Size Exchanges (Free of Cost)

If you ordered size M and need size L, or ordered size 32 jeans and need 34, we provide 100% Free Doorstep Replacement. You do not have to pay any extra courier charge for the first size exchange!

3. Refund Modes & Timelines

For approved returns:

• Prepaid Orders (UPI/Card): Refund is credited directly back to the original source account within 3 to 5 business days.
• Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders: Our customer support will request your UPI ID (GPay / PhonePe / Paytm) or Bank Account details via WhatsApp/SMS, and refund will be transferred instantly via IMPS upon package receipt.
