✔ Product original, legal & accurate description ke sath ho
✔ Fake brand, duplicate, copied images strictly prohibited
✔ Price & stock update seller ki responsibility hogi
❌ Galat product bhejne par seller responsible hoga

3️⃣ Packaging Rules (Mandatory)
Seller ko har order niche diye gaye rules ke hisaab se pack karna hoga:
✔ Waterproof self-adhesive courier polybag only
✔ Strong & tamper-proof packaging
✔ Shipping label bahar chipkana compulsory
✔ Invoice andar ya bahar allowed
❌ Newspaper, open, damaged, transparent loose packaging not allowed
📌 DUKANRANT approved polybag sample follow karna mandatory hai

4️⃣ Order Fulfilment Rules
✔ Order time par ready karna hoga
✔ Pickup miss hone par penalty lag sakti hai
✔ Seller order cancel without valid reason nahi karega

Seller account suspend karne ka
Listings remove karne ka
Permanent ban lagane ka (serious fraud me)

Main confirm karta/ karti hoon ki maine DUKANRANT Seller Rules & Policy padh li hai
aur main sabhi niyam aur sharton se sahmat (Agree) hoon.

✔ Website par Free Delivery dikhaya ja sakta hai

✔ Delivery partner (jaise One Delivery) ke charges seller ke payout se deduct kiye ja sakte hain

✔ Delivery charge customer se alag se nahi liya jayega
