At Dukanrant Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return if:
The product is defective or damaged
You received the wrong product
The product was damaged during transit
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
A valid order receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Personalized or customized products (e.g., photo frames, printed gifts, etc.) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Return Process
1. Send an email to support@dukanrant.com
2. Mention your order number and describe the issue.
3. Our support team will verify your request within 24–48 hours.
4. Return pickup or shipping instructions will be shared with you via email or message.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or personalized items
Gift cards or promotional vouchers
Opened or used products
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account or payment method again.
2. Contact your bank or card provider — sometimes refunds take a few extra days to reflect.
